NEXTGEN Widget Encrypt3 runs on your computer. We do not receive your files, messages, private keys, or vault contents.
We may have: the email and name you give 2Checkout or the help desk; the machine code you paste at checkout; the license record we generate; anonymous version checks if you turn on update lookup.
Payments are processed by 2Checkout under 2Checkout’s policy. We use that receipt to email your license. We do not sell personal data or use it for ads.
Public keys you upload to a keyserver are not stored by us. Support tickets are kept long enough to resolve the issue.
Request access or deletion: use the help desk or the support page. We aim to answer within 30 days.
This product is not directed at children under 16.
Terms of use
The software is licensed, not sold. One paid license authorizes one PC as described on the license page. You may not rent the license, publish the validation key, or circumvent the license check.
The software is provided as-is. We do not warrant that encryption will meet a particular legal or contractual standard in your industry. You are responsible for backups of the vault and for protecting passphrases.
Revoked or expired keys, weak algorithms, and policy blocks are safety features. Do not treat a green grid row as a substitute for fingerprint verification with the other party.
Governing use of the website: do not attack the site, scrape license endpoints, or submit others’ machine codes as your own.
Export administration (EAR) and encryption notice
This product uses strong cryptography (OpenPGP / public-key encryption). Encryption software can be treated as dual-use under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including Category 5, Part 2, and under similar rules in other countries.
By downloading or buying you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region embargoed by the United States, and that you are not on a U.S. denied-party list. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the software contrary to U.S. or other applicable law.
